Support your long-term health and quality of life.
Nutrition is one part of a broader foundation for health. Everyday patterns can support cardiovascular and metabolic health, healthy aging, energy, and overall well-being.
I’m passionate about making nutrition feel less overwhelming and more empowering. I earned my BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from NYU and completed an ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics. I’m continuing my graduate studies in Nutrition & Dietetics as I work toward becoming a Registered Dietitian.
My approach is grounded in evidence, practicality, and the belief that nutrition should support a full life — not take it over.
